Four months after construction commenced at GreenwichPark, Founder and CEO of IndigoHomes Ghana Limited, Cheryl Mills, visited the site to engage project teams, contractors, and staff working on what will become the company’s largest residential development to date.
For Ms. Mills, the visit was aimed at reinforcing the philosophy that has shaped IndigoHomes from the very beginning, which is building homes and communities that people can genuinely trust and take pride in.

“Every home we deliver reflects the trust our homeowners place in us,” she shared during her engagement with teams on site. “That responsibility influences every decision we make, from planning and engineering to quality control and final delivery.”
Under her leadership, IndigoHomes has become one of Ghana’s leading residential developers, known for thoughtfully planned communities that combine quality construction, green spaces, and modern living. The company’s previous developments, AyiMensahPark and OyarifaPark, have helped redefine expectations around community living in Greater Accra, setting new benchmarks for design, planning, and homeowner experience.
“We take pride not only in the homes we hand over, but in how we build them,” she noted. “The homeowner experience is ultimately what defines the strength of our brand. Our brand commitment is rooted in trust, quality, and accountability. Every detail matters because every homeowner experience shapes who we are as a company”

Her leadership style continues to shape the culture within the company, with a strong emphasis on accountability, consistency, continuous improvement, and long-term growth for the team. During the site engagement, she challenged teams and contractors to uphold the standards that have become synonymous with the IndigoHomes brand, while also encouraging professional development and skills transfer across the organization.
Ms. Mills highlighted the importance of investing in people alongside projects, noting team members who joined the company during earlier developments have continued to grow through the ranks as IndigoHomes has expanded. She pointed to the company’s commitment to training and mentorship, with GreenwichPark expected to further strengthen technical skills, construction expertise, and career opportunities for over 600 workers and young professionals passing through the development’s lifecycle.
GreenwichPark represents the next phase of that vision.
Located in the Borteyman area of Accra, adjacent to the Tema Motorway, the 19.5-acre master-planned community will deliver 270 homes within a carefully integrated environment designed to support modern family living. The development includes 2.5 acres of green spaces, recreational facilities, a clubhouse, swimming pool, and pedestrian-friendly planning intended to encourage community interaction and long-term livability.

This focus on building sustainable businesses, creating lasting impact and building endeavors that matter reflects the wider vision of BlackIvy Group, IndigoHomes’ parent company.
BlackIvy Group builds and operates businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa in sectors critical to economic growth, including real estate, logistics, healthcare, and food systems. Through its investments in Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania, BlackIvy focuses on building long-term businesses that strengthen local economies, create jobs, and improve everyday life.
Within this broader vision, IndigoHomes plays a key role in addressing Ghana’s growing demand for quality housing by developing secure, well-planned communities that remain accessible to a growing middle-income market.
For Mills, IndigoHomes latest development, GreenwichPark, is part of a larger effort to shape how people live, connect, and experience community in Accra.
